Free Shipping within Finland

International Shipping
For orders outside Finland, shipping rates vary by destination and are calculated at checkout. We partner with trusted couriers to ensure your order arrives safely and on time.

Customs and Duties

For EU Customers
Our prices are displayed excluding VAT, as we are currently not VAT-registered under the EU small business exemption. As a result, no VAT will be applied at checkout or upon delivery within the EU.

Wrong, damaged, or defective item?
Email us within 14 days at c3rvontez@gmail.com with your order number and photos (if needed). We’ll replace it or refund you. Return shipping is covered in these cases.

Changed your mind?
You can return or exchange within 14 days if the item is unworn, unwashed, with tags and original packaging. Return shipping is at your own cost.

Exchanges (Size or Color):
Need a different size or color? Contact us within 14 days at c3rvontez@gmail.com with your order number and request.The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition. If your replacement is in stock, we’ll send it once we receive the original. If it’s out of stock, we’ll offer store credit or a refund. Return shipping is paid by the customer unless we made a mistake.

Not returnable:
Items marked final sale, worn/washed items, gift cards, and free promotional items.

Refunds: Processed within 7–10 business days after we receive and check the return.

We are unable to accept returns on certain items. These will be carefully marked before purchase.
