C3RVONTÉZ Return & Refund Policy

At C3RVONTÉZ, your satisfaction is our priority. While we are proud to provide high-quality, street-style clothing, we understand that sometimes a return or refund may be necessary. Please review our policy to ensure a seamless shopping experience.


Returns & Refunds

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your item. We’ll quickly resolve the issue by offering a replacement or a full refund.

For orders where the wrong item or size is delivered, let us know within 14 days. We’ll arrange a free replacement or refund for the incorrect product.

If you change your mind about your purchase, you may request a return or exchange within 14 days of receipt, provided the item is unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags attached. Items must also be in their original packaging.


Non-Returnable Items

Some items are not eligible for return, including those marked as final sale or non-returnable. We also cannot accept returns for items that show signs of wear, washing, or damage. Gift cards and promotional items are also non-returnable.


Making a Return

To start the return process, contact us at c3rvontez@gmail.com with your order number and details of the issue. If applicable, include photos of the item. Once your request is approved, we’ll provide return instructions and shipping details.

Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.


Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. Exchanges are allowed under the following conditions:

  • Sizing Issues: If you ordered the wrong size or received a size that does not fit, we will exchange the item for the correct size, provided the item is unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.
  • Different Colors: Exchanges for the same item in a different color are possible, subject to availability.

To request an exchange, email us at c3rvontez@gmail.com with your order number, the item you’d like to exchange, and the requested size or color.

Once your exchange is approved:

  • If the replacement item is in stock, we will send it after receiving the original item.
  • If the replacement item is out of stock, we will offer store credit or a refund.

Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the exchange is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., wrong size or color sent).


Shipping Costs

For defective, damaged, or incorrect items, we will cover the return shipping cost. For change-of-mind returns or exchanges, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.


Chargebacks

We encourage open communication and ask that you contact us with any concerns before initiating a chargeback. Filing false chargebacks disrupts the shopping experience and may result in restrictions on future purchases. We’re here to resolve issues fairly and transparently.
