What is the return policy?
- Wrong, damaged, or defective item?
Email us within 14 days at c3rvontez@gmail.com with your order number and photos (if needed). We’ll replace it or refund you. Return shipping is covered in these cases.
- Changed your mind?
You can return or exchange within 14 days if the item is unworn, unwashed, with tags and original packaging. Return shipping is at your own cost.
- Exchanges (Size or Color):
Need a different size or color? Contact us within 14 days at c3rvontez@gmail.com with your order number and request.The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition. If your replacement is in stock, we’ll send it once we receive the original. If it’s out of stock, we’ll offer store credit or a refund. Return shipping is paid by the customer unless we made a mistake.
- Not returnable:
Items marked final sale, worn/washed items, gift cards, and free promotional items.
Refunds: Processed within 7–10 business days after we receive and check the return.
Are any purchases final sale?
We are unable to accept returns on certain items. These will be carefully marked before purchase.
